We offer Mobile Notary Services in Richmond Virginia and the surrounding areas. We have extended hours including weekends and some holidays, to provide the convenience and flexibility to accommodate our clients' unique circumstances and busy lifestyles. We will travel to your home, office, coffee shop or any other location you choose. We notarize all business, legal and personal documents.
What you need to know before scheduling an appointment:
All signers must personally appear before the notary.
The signer must be acting willingly and be aware of what they are signing and agreeing to.
All signers must have a valid unexpired state or government issued ID (Acceptable forms of ID.)
A notary cannot certify vital records; birth, marriage, death or divorce certificates (copies or originals.)
A notary is not authorized to perform marriage ceremonies in Virginia.
Do not make an appointment if you are not feeling well or are Covid positive.
We will only make hospital visits if we can communicate directly with the patient.
We do not speak Spanish and cannot use an interpreter to communicate with the signer.
Travel fees are non-refundable once a trip has been made.
Notary fees are $10 per stamp. Travel fees are $25 and up depending on the distance (Fees.)
We accept cash, check, credit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Google Pay (Payment methods.)
If you are paying in cash, you need to have exact change. We do not carry change.
All signers must be present and on-time to avoid additional fees for wait time. We will wait up to 15 minutes. After that we will add $25 every 15 minutes. You also have the option to book 1 hour of time for a flat fee.
