We are a full-service notary company. We provide paper and electronic notarizations for all business, legal, and personal documents. We also offer real estate and auto loan signings, apostille, and authentication services. Our Non-Notary services include I-9 Employment Verifications, Field Inspections, and Document Courier Services.

Fees

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Fees charged by a Virginia Notary Public may not exceed $10 (paper-based) or $25 (electronic notarization) per notary signature/notarial act. However, travel expenses & convenience fees may apply. (C.O.V. § 47.1-19 Fees.) Payment and Refund Policies.
