Payment Policy

We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is either due at the time of service or in advance for some services. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a travel or cancellation fee.


If paying by check or money order, please make the payment payable to Precise Notary Services and bring it with you to the appointment.


If paying by credit/debit card, we will process the payment at the time of service using a secure card reader.


Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the highest level of service and satisfaction to all of our customers. However, due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds after a service has been performed or a trip has been made.

Once notary services have been completed, they cannot be undone. Therefore, we ask that you carefully review your document(s) and confirm that all information is correct before proceeding with the notarization process and completion of the service. In the event of a notary error or omission, we will make arrangements to have it corrected at no additional charge.
